Who we are
Lexin Legal is a full-service law and consultancy practice based in Istanbul, founded by attorneys Onur Çalışıcı and Oruç Aygün. Our clients are almost entirely foreign — international companies, investors, expats and individuals — and our work reflects that. Businesses come to us first for commercial and corporate matters: contracts, company formation, mergers and acquisitions, and recovering money owed in Türkiye. Alongside that we handle the property, investment, immigration, family and dispute work that foreign clients need over the course of a life or a venture here.
